Nordic walking
Walking with poles was always popular in the mountains, they give stability preserving stress to bones. But in the meantime in Ahrntal valley there are nearly 30 signposted Nordic walking trails, two to eleven kilometres long ... No wonder: what is more funny and gives more fitness building stimulation - in the fresh mountain air even more, above thousand metres for example the fat burning is increasing ... For sure, everything is easier with poles! Even more, if a vital trainer is going with you or if you participate to Nordic walking lessons. In the meanwhile, you lose weight ... Non-slip telescopic walking poles can be borrow directly in the hotel, free of charge!
