Fired up with enthusiasm! The constant stream of accolades from guests that our hotel is gourmet class is not just down to the skills and talent of our master chefs, Günther and Helmut. It is not just down to the excellent quality of the products which we select so carefully, nor is it just down to the service, charming though it is, ... but it is down to the fire with which Alpenschlössl & Linderhof cook for their guests. The fire and passion to do good things even better; the fire which raises high expectations - not only to meet but to exceed them.

What does our hotel offer for gourmets? The best of South Tyrol, delicacies from all over the world – or even more than that! Enjoy freshness and esprit, virtuously like in a top-restaurant. Just by looking at the portions you realize that we are not one of those… We like to offer more than usual, that’s on the daily menu of Alpenschlössl & Linderhof. We don’t have an ordinary half-board! We have a 3/4 board with an additional vital wellness buffet in the afternoon. Take a fork, and ... pick something delicious!

Wellness vital buffet in the afternoon
Praise the day before the evening comes… why not? From a culinary point of view the afternoon is a pleasure in itself: from 1 p.m. we prepare an extraordinary buffet with typical delicacies, sweet treats and tempting snacks! Homemade apple strudel, cake, mozzarella, Tyrolean speck, salad, soups, Italian-style starters, fruit ... enjoy it!
A unique combination, traditional but with an influence from south ... when it comes to cooking Alpenschlössl & Linderhof are quite traditional! Our chefs use only the best ingredients for cooking, which come from our grasslands, fields, pastures and rivers – meat and fish, krapfen and dumplings ...
... nevertheless (like the South Tyrolean cuisine itself) we do like to take a glance to the Mediterranean tradition. Pizza, pasta & co., specialties from the sea ... traditional Alpine cuisine and light Mediterranean dishes are always on our menus!
